Rids Potential Diseases
Wastewater treatment systems eliminate disease-causing bacteria and kill harmful organisms. It filters out such contaminants before the wastewater leaves the tank and enters the ground. This filtering process prevents diseases from entering water sources or reaching plants and farm animals, helping to protect the environment.
Low-Cost
Sewage treatment equipments can last for up to 15 years if they are maintained correctly. They provide a very cost-effective solution for treating water and keeping unwanted bacteria at bay.

In comparison to earlier systems, modern waste water systems radiate minimal odours. Modern sewage treatment equipments require very little maintenance and last much longer than the older models. Depending on usage, a septic tank might need de-sludging every 1 to 2 years or so, with maintenance inspections conducted only every 2 to 3 years. Break Down Solids Faster
Most modern sewage treatment equipments are aerobic systems which have the ability to break down solids much faster than older systems. Therefore blockages become less of an issue, de-sludging is required less frequently and less solids contaminate the groundwater and drainage field.

Modern day septic tanks do not waste water as much as main lines. There is no excess of waste water having to be treated for just one use of the toilet or one load of laundry. The water used is returned directly to the earth and filtered naturally.

Sewage Treatment Equipment Wastewater Treatment Steps
Step one. First, preliminary treatment separates large pieces of trash using screens and grinders, protecting equipment and isolating heavy material to be sent to landfills. Waste materials and the primary sludge are pumped through a cyclone degritter for removal.
Step two. Primary treatment relies on sedimentation and clarification equipment to filter and remove finer sand, grit, and gravel. Using chemical and physical methods, primary treatment reduces chemical oxygen demand (COD), total suspended solids (TSS), and biological oxygen demand (BOD).
Step three. Secondary treatment and disinfection remove impurities and harmful organisms through chemical and biological cleaning processes. This may involve chlorine contact tanks, in which water is literally bleached with sodium hypochlorite.
Step Four. Finally, sludge treatment handles the remaining material, which is still 99% water. The solid material is separated through thickening then run through the digestion process to make it safe for the environment before its final dewatering.

1. Refer to the installation drawing to check whether the position of the inlet and outlet is appropriate and the position of the storage tank. The position must not be wrong and the spacing should be as required.
2. The sewage treatment equipment should immediately and accurately measure the flatness, and if it is unbalanced, it should be adjusted immediately.
3. Adjust the part to connect the pipe, introduce cold water into the equipment, and check for leakage.
4. Connect the control line of the low-voltage complete set of equipment with the submersible aerator and centrifugal pump, and connect the low-voltage complete set of equipment with the power circuit of the switching power supply circuit. When wiring, pay attention to the shape of the motor and centrifugal fan, as much as possible. same direction.
5. If it is buried, after the equipment is successfully installed, it should be connected as much as possible to the tap water pipes and cables of public service facilities such as home appliances and drug promotion equipment in the city where the buried equipment is located.
