Equipment Description

Working Principle

The blower delivers pressurized air through movable piping to the rotor assembly. At high rotational speeds, the rotor breaks the air stream into fine bubbles while creating intense water mixing. The stator channel can ensure the air-water liquid evenly distributed in different shapes of aerator basin, meantime, strong mixing flow by rotor continuously mix the water, air and activated sludge, which ensures the ideal aeration efficiency. The negative-pressure while submersible aerator working, lead to self priming. The system's self-priming effect reduces blower pressure requirements to just water depth equivalence, cutting power consumption significantly compared to conventional aeration equipment.

Application

Submersible aerator is primarily applied to pulp and papermaking wastewater, food processing wastewater industrial wastewater from other industries, and urban sewage treatment.
