Shaftless Screw Conveyor
The shaftless screw conveyor is a shaftless device that transports materials (e.g. sludge cakes, fibrous waste) via a rotating helical spiral. Composed of a drive motor, support frame, helical spiral, U-shaped trough, liner plates/ covers, and inlet, it features compact design, space efficiency, smooth conveying, and clog prevention.
Low Consistency Refiner
Under the force of the conveying slurry pump, the pulp enters the grinding zone of the refiner. This zone consists of a stationary fixed disc and a rotating moving disc, which is driven at high speed by an electric motor.
High Consistency Refiner
High consistency hydraulic refiner is mainly used for the deinking process of waste paper and the separation of aluminum and plastic for tetra pack and other liquid packaging. It adopts a tower-shaped spiral rotor and the pulping consistency can reach 12%~18%.

Precautions for Installing Paper Pulp Equipment
1. Firstly, fix the transmission of the equipment, control a certain height, use the level plane to keep horizontal, and fix the screws on the transmission equipment at the same time.
2. The installation of paper pulp equipment should be consistent with the detailed steps in the manual.
3. Finally, the position of the steam pipe should be installed according to the general plan. It is not allowed to change the processing arbitrarily. The pipe junction should be sealed to avoid air leakage. After the components are installed, the machine needs to be tested.
4. After paper pulp equipment is installed, an empty load test machine is required, and the time for the host to idling the test machine is not less than 1 hour; after the main machine runs smoothly, it can be slowly produced.
5. Each supporting equipment of the paper pulp equipment also needs to be turned on at no load to observe the operation effect of whether there are abnormalities and noises, etc. and it can be used if the operation is normal.
6. In the process of empty machine test, the machine is guaranteed to have no abnormal noise, and there is no air leakage at the junction of each pipe. the pipe junction should be tightened again before put machine into use.
Precautions for Using Paper Pulp Equipment
Preparation for equipment operation
Familiar with the equipment: Before operating the paper making equipment, it is necessary to fully understand and learn the structure, working principle and operating process of the equipment. Master the equipment manual and operating procedures, and follow the equipment manufacturer's recommendations and requirements.
