Equipment Description
The mechanical aerator is a new-type aeration device integrating aeration, plug-flow and mixing functions. It enables full mixing of air, water and sludge to form a circulating flow, making it widely suitable for municipal sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment facilities, and various industrial aeration tanks. It is also particularly applicable to Carrousel Oxidation Ditches, Orbal Oxidation Ditches and similar systems.

Working Principle
Driven by the motor, the propeller rotates to create a low-pressure zone. Air is drawn through the air pipe into this low-pressure area, where water and air are compressed into fine bubbles. These bubbles diffuse evenly in the water, achieving efficient aeration and mixing of the process water.
