Equipment Description

This equipment is the Model LHSYLZH-2.5 Press. It is specially designed for pulp preparation lines of wood, bamboo and grass. It adopts a double-mesh belt structure and achieves efficient dehydration and washing through a five-press, three-spray and two-displacement washing process. The feed consistency is adjustable, while the discharge consistency remains stable at 30% or higher. The black liquor extraction rate exceeds 70%. With a single-unit processing capacity of 80 tons per day, it is suitable for continuous, stable 24-hour operation.

Description of Core Components

1. Roll System Guide Rolls, Deviation Direction Rolls, Tension Rolls: The base is made from 20# seamless carbon steel pipe, clad with wear-resistant rubber. Single-side rubber thickness ≥10mm, ensuring strong bonding, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Displacement Rolls: Constructed from 20# seamless carbon steel pipe, externally clad with 304 stainless steel for strong corrosion resistance.

Press Rolls: Base of 20# carbon steel, clad with high line pressure Nitrile Rubber (NBR). Single-side rubber thickness ≥15mm, offering excellent performance under high pressure and wear conditions.

2. Deviation Direction Rolls & Tension Rolls: Utilize externally self-aligning slide block bearings with grease lubrication.

Drive Rolls, Press Rolls, Displacement Rolls & Guide Rolls: All adopt self-aligning roller bearings (Brand: Havalo), featuring automatic self-alignment to effectively prevent seizing. Housed in custom bearing seats, they ensure stable and reliable operation.

3. The main frame is constructed from anti-corrosion treated carbon steel, offering high strength and durability. The water collection tray is made from ≥3mm thick 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and extended equipment life. The structure is optimally designed to withstand all dynamic and static loads without deformation or vibration. All pneumatic and electrical lines are built-in, resulting in a tidy layout and a high degree of protection.
