Equipment Description
This equipment is the Model LHSYLZH-2.5 Double-Wire Five Nips Three Showers Two Displacement Washes. It is specially designed for pulp preparation lines of wood, bamboo and grass. It adopts a double-mesh belt structure and achieves efficient dehydration and washing through a five-press, three-spray and two-displacement washing process. The feed consistency is adjustable, while the discharge consistency remains stable at 30% or higher. The black liquor extraction rate exceeds 70%. With a single-unit processing capacity of 80 tons per day, it is suitable for continuous, stable 24-hour operation.

Description of Core Components
1. Tensioning Device: Adopts a pneumatic cylinder tensioning system, allowing for independent pressure adjustment of the upper and lower wires. Equipped with pressure gauges for clear display of tensioning pressure, ensuring precise and stable tension control.
2. Deviation Direction Device: Adopts a pneumatic automatic deviation direction system, comprising guide rolls, air bags, sliding blocks, and rails. A sensing rod monitors the filtrate belt position in real-time; if deviation occurs, it automatically triggers an air valve for fine adjustment via the air bag, ensuring the filtrate belt runs centrally and effectively preventing deviation.
3. Drive Unit: The core drive adopts Guomao brand reducer coupled with a variable-frequency motor, supporting stepless speed regulation for easy operation. motor specifications: 380V/50Hz, protection class IP55, insulation class: F. It features high torque and efficiency, meeting the demands of continuous, all-weather operation.
