Equipment Description

Working Principle

Material Feeding

Raw material is uniformly fed into the separator's hopper via a screw conveyor.

Extrusion & Filtration

Helical blades compress the material against a screen mesh, forcing liquids (e.g. water, juices) through the mesh into a collection tray below.
Dehydrated solids are discharged via a conveyor belt.

Adjust-ability

Compression force and screw speed are adjustable to match material properties (viscosity, fiber length) and optimize dryness (60%+ solids).
