Working Principle

Water flows from the sedimentation tank outlet into the filter inlet, then enters the central channel of the disc stack. It distributes evenly across the discs, passing through the filter media from the inside outward. Suspended flocs in the feed water get trapped within the discs during filtration. Filtered water collects in the tank before exiting through diversion baffles. Filter cloth pore sizes can be customized between 10-200μm based on process requirements.
