Working Principle
The equipment consists of a main girder, end beams, drive unit, scraper blades, vacuum suction system, flow guide tube, skimmer assembly, scum hopper, central support, slip ring assembly, and control cabinet. The main girder rotates around the tank's central axis driven by the drive unit. The scraper blades push settled sludge toward suction ports, where sludge is extracted via suction pipes, sludge channels, siphon tubes, central sludge tank, and central discharge pipe under hydraulic pressure. Each suction pipe features an adjustable flow regulator to balance sludge distribution. At the same time, scum is directed into a narrowing zone formed by the rotating skimmer blades and peripheral scum baffles, then collected by a scum scraper arm into the scum hopper for discharge.
