Equipment Description

Microporous aeration disc is a new type of membrane diffuser designed to release fine air bubbles. Made primarily of micro-porous materials (e.g. ceramics, titanium powder, alumina, silica, nylon and so on), these discs produce bubbles under 2mm in diameter with high oxygen transfer efficiency. Typically installed in modules, they're widely suitable for biochemical oxidation tanks and dissolved air flotation units within wastewater treatment systems.
EPDM or silicone micro-porous membrane diffuser discs deliver highly efficient oxygen transfer in biological wastewater treatment, breaking down contaminants. They feature an ABS plastic body capped with durable EPDM or silicone rubber membranes.

Microporous aeration disc is chiefly applied to the following aspects:

Aeration for SBR reaction basin, contact oxidation pond, and activated sludge aeration basin in sewage disposal plant;
Aerobic tank is denitrification/ dephosphorization process;Sludge stabilization.
Aeration for excreta and animal wastewater treatment plant;
Aeration of deep aeration basin;
Aeration for high concentration wastewater aeration basin, and aeration for equalization basin of wastewater treatment plant;
Aeration of other application.
