Equipment Description
Wastewater UV system is applied for disinfection of purified water such as drinking water, pure water, industrial and commercial water, etc.
 

• Chemical-Free Operation: Eliminates dependency on chlorine, ozone, or other disinfectants, preventing secondary pollution.
• Instant Microbial Inactivation: Achieves>99.9% pathogen reduction within seconds of UV exposure (254 nm optimal wavelength).
• High Irradiation Efficiency: Engineered reactors ensure uniform UV-C dose distribution (30–60 mJ/cm²) across turbid or variable-quality wastewater.
• Corrosion-Resistant Materials: 316L stainless steel or quartz sleeves with IP68 protection for harsh sewage environments.

Invisible ultraviolet UV can be divided into UVA, UVB and UVC, in which the wavelength range of band C is 200-280nm, and the disinfection ability of 240-270nm band is powerful, which can directly kill the DNA of viruses, bacteria and spores in water, rendering microorganisms non-pathogenic. Ultraviolet disinfection can be used in all aspects of water and air purification. Its important advantage is that it does not add chemical substances to inhibit the activity of microorganisms.
