1. Compatibility of SUS304 Stainless Steel
Made from SUS304 stainless steel, the separator effectively resists corrosion caused by the weakly acidic environment formed by hydrogen sulfide released in the water seal. This ensures a service life of over 20 years.
2. Transparent Level Gauge, Water Supply Pipe, and Drain Pipe
A transparent level gauge allows clear observation of the liquid seal height inside the tank. With the help of a calibrated scale, any abnormal drop in liquid level due to evaporation or leakage can be quickly detected.
The interface between the liquid level tube and the liquid level gauge is linked to trigger high and low liquid level alarms. When the liquid level drops below 150mmn, it may cause the water seal to fail, posing a risk of biogas leakage. The water supply pipe replenishes water to maintain seal effectiveness. Conversely, if the level is too high, pressure balance may be affected, and a drain valve (with float ball control) automatically adjusts the level.
