Working Principle

When the equipment is running, the sludge is pushed to the discharge port by the spiral blade after entering the filter from the feed inlet. Because the pitch of the spiral shaft blade is gradually reduced, the pressure on the sludge is also increasing. Under the action of pressure, water begins to dehydrate, and water flows out from the gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring. At the same time, the equipment relying on the self-cleaning function between the fixed ring and the moving ring, and the filter space is cleaned to prevent blockage. After dehydration, the mud cake is discharged from the discharge port under the propulsion of the spiral shaft.
