Working Principles
The material carrying a certain heap height is moved forward in a stratospheric manner through the roller and conveyor belt underneath the warehouse. By calculating the length of the warehouse, the material is discharged on time at the predetermined point of time, so that the raw material and chemical agent can react fully in a specific condition.
Equipment Usage
Horizontal reactor is chiefly applied to chemical reactions between materials and chemicals. It can achieve the effects of drying, air drying, heating and cooling of materials through speed regulation or supporting other systems. It can maintain a first-out stable reaction state and play an important role in downstream refining and bleaching.
